Some exercises designed to pack on muscles are bench presses, dips, deadlifts, squats, and barbell curls. These exercises in particular will add a lot of muscle to your physique. A good workout schedule involves exercising 4 times a week. You can mark the calendar for Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Spreading your workouts over the days will give your muscles time to recover.
